Today 30th of November and tomorrow 1st of December, the European Commission organizes the Conference: Challenges in Adoption Procedures in Europe: ‘Ensuring the Best Interests of the Child’. This is a preparation for a new European Adoption Policy, which will have major implications for children in child protection, including foster children or children in children’s homes. These children could, with the new measure, easily qualify first for European and then international adoptions. All mafia representative will be there, including some of NGOs, Media, interested persons. Romania and Bulgaria is the real source of orphans for adoptions, and the real reason of this meeting is to reopen intercountry adoptions from these tow contries. The European Union has asked Romania in 2000 no longer to export children, but apparently gets back to that decision. Also, the Council of Europe, with the European Adoption Convention, is working towards paving the way for adoptions by gays, lesbians, bisexuals and transsexuals.

The Deadly Trade of Child Organ Trafficking
The horrific killings of 19 children and women in the Indian slum of Nithari, close to the affluent area of Noida on the outskirts of India’s capital, Delhi, has brought into focus the horrific trade of human organ trafficking that is claiming the lives of thousands of children worldwide.
There is huge demand and a market for body parts especially eyes, hearts and kidneys belonging to children. Estimates indicate that at least one million children have been kidnapped and killed in the past 20 years for organs. A kidney or eyes can fetch up to US $10,000 and a heart could cost US $50,000 or more. Estimates further indicate that money laundering in this deadly trade accounts for up to 10% of the world's GDP, or as much US $5 trillion. As a result, the black market for children's organs is expanding and more and more children are kidnapped and killed.

Romania probes Israeli adoption agency link in organ trafficking
Romanian authorities are looking into possible links between Israeli adoption agencies and an illegal global conspiracy to sell organs for transplants.
The Romanian Embassy in Israel has asked for, and received from the Labor and Social Affairs Ministry, a list of all children born in Romania who have been brought to Israel for adoption in recent years. The Romanian officials are trying to ascertain if all such children arrived in Israel with all organs in their bodies.

It isn’t charity, it is business, and is worldwide!
It isn’t charity, it is business. The European Parliament’s resolution - adopted on the 10th of July 2006 and signed by 407 MEPs that asked the Romanian Government to authorize international adoptions for 1,092 children - is generated by the necessity to cut a deal. It is the result of the lobby promoted by NGOs and lawyers that used to win or that are going (or not going) to win almost 20 million euro – depending on the success of their actions. The spearhead of these interest groups is a very important person: Francois de Combret.
